The assistants you can talk to

There are three ways to talk to the assistant on this site: the chat widget in the corner, the voice agent, and the full-page diagnostic on /ai-check. All three are the same AI agent working from the same knowledge base. Each one tells you it is an AI in its first line, and you see a notice before the conversation starts. A human-sounding voice does not remove that obligation, it is the reason for it.

• Voice starts only when you click. Audio is processed to run the conversation and is not stored.
• The transcript is kept only if you leave a contact, so that I can reply to you.
• Speech and text are processed by Google (Gemini models), so the conversation is transmitted to that service and may be processed outside the EEA.
• Ask the assistant directly whether it is a human and it will say it is an AI. It is not allowed to claim otherwise.

The images

All imagery on this site was created with artificial intelligence, including the portrait. Every image carries a visible "AI-generated" label, and the same statement stands in the footer of every page, because a background image cannot carry a label of its own.

• Each image file also carries machine-readable provenance: the XMP field DigitalSourceType set to trainedAlgorithmicMedia. That is the standard marker checking tools read.
• The SHA-256 of every image is published, so anyone can confirm a file came from here and was generated.
• There is no invisible watermark and no signed C2PA credential yet. Saying otherwise would be a false claim, so it is not said anywhere.

The texts

The texts of this site are written with AI and then read, edited and approved by a person who takes responsibility for the content. Under Article 50(4) that editorial review means a separate label is not required for them. Where the assistant generates text for you live, in the chat or in the diagnostic, that is generated text and the notice above the conversation says so.

What is NOT here

This matters as much as the list above.

• No emotion recognition, no biometric categorisation, no face recognition.
• The assistant makes no decision about you. It answers questions and passes your request on.
• No financial, investment, legal or medical advice.
• No hidden profiling of visitors and no selling of your data.
