(The EU online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.) The Website is intended for adults (18+); we do not knowingly process data of minors and have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, which is not required at our scale. We will respond within 30 days, as required by Article 12 of the GDPR. 13. Artificial intelligence on this site This site uses artificial intelligence: a voice assistant, a text chat assistant, and generated imagery and video in some of our materials. The assistant introduces itself as an AI in its very first line, and you see a separate notice about this before the conversation starts. This is required by Article 50(1) of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), applicable from 2 August 2026. A human name or a lifelike voice does not remove that obligation. Voice mode starts only on your explicit click. Audio is processed to run the conversation and is not stored. The transcript is kept only if you leave a contact. Speech and text are processed by Google (Gemini models), so the content of the conversation is transmitted to that service and may be processed outside the EEA. All imagery on this site was created with artificial intelligence. That includes the service illustrations, the robot images, the section backgrounds, the project cards in the work section, the covers of the published reels and the owner's portrait. Every image carries a visible "AI-generated" label, and the same statement appears in the footer of every page, because a background image cannot carry a label of its own. There is no unlabelled generated imagery on this site. The texts of this site are written with AI and reviewed by a human who takes responsibility for them, so a separate label is not required for them. The assistant does not give financial, investment, legal or medical advice and makes no decisions about you. Emotion recognition, biometric categorisation and face recognition are not used.
